If, upon pickup, the item is not to your liking, you may receive a refund on site. Once the item leaves the store, you are no longer eligible for a refund unless the item is faulty. Defective appliances and electronics may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. All other sales are final. Buyer is responsible for confirming the specifications of items before purchasing.

You can pick up your purchase at any time during our store hours within 3 business days of purchase. After 3 days, the item will be put back up for sale without a refund. Your digital receipt must be shown at time of pickup.

At this time, we do not offer mail delivery or drop-off services. Stay tuned for future updates on mail delivery.

Yes, to use and receive loyalty points, you must log in using your email address. If your existing loyalty account does not have an email account linked to it, you will have to do so to gain and use loyalty points online. To link an email address to an existing account, you must do so in person or by calling the ReStore. You can call at 804-569-6226.

Yes, both online and in-store purchases support Habitat's vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live.

No, an online item cannot be purchased in person; it can only be purchased on our online store. However, feel free to browse our in-store selection when picking up your online purchase.

Whenever possible, staff will assist in loading large items, but help is not always guaranteed. Please bring your own help to load, or call in advance to verify that staff are available.
